How it works

This is how it works with me

  1. Connect: Reach out for a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, answer questions, and decide together if we’re a good fit. If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first session.

  2. Begin the work: In our sessions, we’ll move at a comfortable pace. You’ll gain tools, insight, and support as we use evidence based approaches (including EMDR if appropriate) to process what’s been weighing on you.

  3. Move Towards your goals: As we work through what’s been holding you back, the aim is feel more grounded and at ease in your life.
